countertops in Corian® Glacier White complete with Sweet sinks, models 804, 805 and 859, for visiting rooms and service kitchens

Planit produced more than one hundred countertops in Corian® for the visiting rooms and service spaces at the new San Maurizio Hospital in Bolzano. The work was commissioned by ILEC, a South Tyrol company specialised in the supply and installation of steel furnishings produced by the German company Becker. The majority of the countertops were supplied with built-in sinks, also in Corian®, a material selected for its notable hygienic qualities and, in particular, because it limits the growth of funguses and bacteria in accordance with European regulation DIN EN ISO 846. Corian® is also certified by the German LGA and American GreenGuard® bodies as a material with low emissions of volatile organic compounds.
